Lump Breaker consists of a rotor, which oscillates. When the product is fed into the Lump breaker the rotor gently pushes the dried desiccated coconut towards the bottom screen. Thus the lumps are loosened and fine desiccated coconuts are produced.

Coconut Flow Washing Machine having two stage stainless steel tank where water is filled and circulated using a high pressure pump. As the coconuts, vegetables, fruits are fed into the tank, water pressure makes the products to flow further. A specially designed SS-304 conveyor is used to move the products to the second tank. This Two stage washing system is easy to clean and maintain.

The Disintegrator is used to crush the coconut kernel pieces into fine powder. Coconut Milk Extractor is slow running screw presses are used for continuous extraction of milk from disintegrated coconut kernels. Micro Filter having Horizontal Plate Filter press is used to filter virgin coconut oil to the final product. Filter Press is enclosed construction, preventing evaporation, oxidation, leakage and fumes escaping from product. The unfiltered oil is fed into the filter under positive pressure, where liquid travels in downwards direction and finds its way through opening on sides of the Filter Plates. As the liquid pressure increases, The Filter media holds the foreign particles and allows only clear filtrate to pass through the central channel formed by interlocking pressure cups to the outlet. Filtration is continued until the cake holding capacity of the unit is reached or until the filtrate rate becomes too slow owing to cake resistance. The horizontal filter plate and even thickness of cake, prevents the cake dropping as well as cracking, thus assuring better filtrate quality.

Centrifuge Seperator, a tubular Bowl Centrifuge is used for separating coconut oil from coconut milk. It comprises of bowl, specially designed slow acceleration motor & starter. The coconut milk to be separated enters the nozzle of the centrifuge placed at the bottom base and passes through the bowl. The centrifugal force acts on the liquid entering and separates the two liquids (VCO and skimmed milk) according to their specific gravity. The lighter liquid forms the inside layer and heavier liquid forms the outside (toward wall of bowl) layer. Solids accumulated inside the bowl can be removed manually after stopping the machine. Since the mixture is entering continuously in the bowl, two phases are discharged continuously through two separate holes provided on the top portion of the bowl.
